Primary Series with Michelle Wade

Sunday December 14th
10-12 noon

Join Michelle Wade for a led journey through the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series—taught in the traditional “old school” style. Michelle will guide the group with rhythmic Sanskrit counting and a steady pace, offering a version with fewer jump-throughs than the modern approach.

This class is best suited for practitioners with an established vinyasa foundation or prior familiarity with the Ashtanga sequence. Michelle will maintain the rhythm and flow of the series while offering brief instruction and space for thoughtful modifications.
Expect traditional opening and closing chants, a short overview on staying in the flow while adapting, and a practice that honors both structure and spaciousness.

My Story

Yoga is sacred medicine. 

The long term consistent practice of yoga over time can heal the deepest wounds, act as preventative medicine, helps upkeep unbelievable levels of physical health, and helps me maintain spiritual fitness. I cannot imagine my life without it.
